SHRC News Update
**Annual Dues are Due May\
1**
Remember that your annual dues of $400 are due by May 1 -\
less than two weeks away. Accounts not paid up by then are\
subject to termination. If you would like to pay in person\
rather than via the mail your ONLY chance to do so will be to\
bring your payment to the Spring Work Day (date & times\
below).
Lawnmower\
Needed
The pool's riding lawnmower was stolen this week. We\
are in the process of replacing it - but in the neantime the\
grass needs cutting. If you can loan the pool your riding mower\
for a while this weekend, please contact Mr. Flory at\
469-2443.

Work Day: Saturday April 26th - 8:30am - 1pm

We need your\
help in getting the pool ready for the season. Please make sure you register for the lottery for\
"free dues" by participating in the workday event.
In additon to the usual routine tasks that the whole family can pitch\
on - such as cleaning our chaise lounges - we have several items on the\
slate this year that need some special equipment. Among the items needed\
are:
Shovels, wheelbarrows, lawn mowers, hammers, rakes,\
power tools (saws, drills, chainsaw)
Some of the workday items will include us\
needing help with - carpentry and masonary help, landscaping, and\
painting.
Swim Team &\
Dive Team Registration
Registration for the 2008 Sea Lions Swim\
and Dive Teams will begin\
on April 26th, at the annual Spring Workday. It's a great day to come\
out and register for the teams, meet our coaches, and ask any questions\
you have about the Sea Lions swim and dive teams.

Volunteers Needed For Cary City\
Meet!
It's an even-numbered year and once again that means SHRC will\
be hosting the Cary City Meet. This is a large undertaking and we need\
volunteers to help out with pieces of it. Please remember that this is\
not just a Swim Team affair - CCM brings in significant revenue that\
helps us balance our budget without raising dues, so everyone has a stake\
in the success of this event! To offer your services - large or small\
