SHRC Dive TeamMessage from the Dive Team Coordinator:
Summer diving is almost here! Consider joining the fun! Participation on the dive team is open to all. No previous diving experience required.
Divers compete on the 1 meter springboard in five age groups: 8&under, 9&10, 11&12, 13&14, 15-18. The 8&under divers perform three 1m dives in competition; all other divers perform four 1m dives. The dive team coaches will help the divers select and practice their dives.
Meets are held against teams such as Wood Valley (Raleigh), Northbrook (Raleigh), North Hills (Raleigh), and Prestonwood (Cary).

2008 Registration
The 2008 Swim and Dive Team registration will be held April 26, 2008 at the pool. Contact diveteam@scottishhills.org if you are not able to register in person.
2008 Practice Schedule
Practices are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as follows:
May 19 to June 9 (Mon/Wed/Fri) 6:00PM to 7:00PM May 26 (Memorial Day) No practice June 11 to July 9 (Mon/Wed/Fri) 2:00PM to 4:00PM 2008 Dive Meet Schedule
Dive meets are held on Thursday evenings beginning at 6PM. Home team warms-up are at 5:00pm; away team warms-up are at 5:30pm.
